We do not guarantee exam success, visa approval, job placement, or professional recognition, as these depend on individual performance and external authorities.

All fees paid for training, exams, or services must be paid in full as per the agreed schedule. Exam fees are subject to official exam body regulations and may change without prior notice.

Fees paid towards third-party services such as exams, registrations, or government charges are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Exam rescheduling or cancellations are governed by the policies of the respective exam authorities. Voyage To Victory will assist where possible but cannot override official rules or timelines.

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, videos, training materials, and software is the intellectual property of Voyage To Victory or its partners and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written consent.

Voyage To Victory shall not be held liable for delays, rejections, losses, or damages arising from decisions made by embassies, exam boards, employers, immigration authorities, or regulatory bodies.
